1059 lbs (480 kgs) .

The 2004 season produces a new world record for the world heaviest giant pumpkin. It was recorded at the Port Elgin weigh-off held October 2nd. The giant pumpkin was grown by Alan Eaton of Richmond, Ontario, and weighed in at 1,446 lbs
(656 kgs).
