This jewelry box is handcrafted from solid red oak, and finished
with a clear satin finish which highlights the wood's natural grain. The interior is fully lined with
red velvet, with three large compartments, one especially designed for rings and earrings.
It has an oval mirror set into the inside of the lid. The lock's upper and lower strikes, escutcheon and key
are gold plated. The lid stops which are made of strong polyester straps, and the brass hinges are
concealed by the lining material extending to the lid.
